Mr Kumar left for Delhi today from where he would fly to Kathmandu tomorrow. He told reporters in the state Legislative Assembly premises that he is going to Nepal to take part in the 13th annual convention on March 3. He said he had received invitation from Nepali Congress in this regard. "Though I am going to Nepal primarily to take part in the convention of Nepali Congress, I would meet other people also there," Mr Kumar said.
